The cellar is just as personal as Enrico’s cuisine. The wine list, much like the menu, changes with the seasons, creating a connection between the wine and the dish with ingredients of equal distinction.

Sorsi is a proposal of thematic Tastings, which can be enjoyed in random order or in sequence alongside the menu, through one or more glasses. Sorsi are our travel postcards that tell the stories of the producers and the territory that inspired them.
