In Piola, where the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, the menu is written on a large blackboard at the rear of the restaurant from which guests can create their own personalized "Piedmontese" menù. Each day, the chef creates two proposals, in addition to the traditional appetizers, pastas and desserts, varying based on fresh and seasonal ingredients. To complement the foods of the region, the wines are selected from local producers in the Langhe and Roero, featuring young producers and small wineries with limited productions. |
